Warwickshire services
- COMPASS – Warwickshire’ children and young people's drug and alcohol service (CYPDAS). A free, confidential substance misuse service for children and young people who need support around their own or another person’s drug or alcohol use. The service works with anyone between 5 and 25 years of age in Warwickshire.
- Connect for Health School Nursing Service: Connect for Health is a school nurse-led service that supports children, young people and their families in Warwickshire supporting all school-aged children (age 5 to 19, or up to 25 for individuals with SEND) and their parents/carers – regardless of whether they attend a mainstream school on a variety of health topics, individually face-to-face or over the phone, in group workshops or via our confidential text messaging services. Coventry services
- Coventry Family Health and Lifestyle Services (0-19 years) : Parents of children in Coventry can call the School Nurses to discuss any child health concerns you may have, including advice about children and young people stopping smoking and vaping. Tel: 01926 495321 extension 7494
- ChatHealth is a text messaging service that enables young people and parents in Coventry to send confidential SMS text messages to School Nurses who will provide impartial advice and support.
- Texting service – Young people aged 11-18 can text School Nurses on: 07507 331949
- Parents/carers can text School Nurses on: 07507 329114
- Positive Choices Coventry - A free confidential service for young people aged between 5 and 24 to talk about their own drug and alcohol use or if they are impacted by another’s substance misuse, unhealthy partner relationships and sexual health. Support is flexible to suit the need of the young person. The service offers face to face and online appointments and work one to one and in groups including at our Ecotherapy allotment project.
