What support is available for staff?
Our universal offer
Any employee who lives, works, or is registered with a GP in Coventry or Warwickshire can access free, confidential support from local stop smoking services. This includes expert advice, personalised quit plans, and access to proven tools and treatments.
Tailored support for priority workplaces
If your workplace has a higher number of staff who smoke, you may be eligible for enhanced support, such as 12-week group or one-to-one stop smoking sessions delivered on-site. Speak to your local service to learn more.

Have the conversation
Train your managers, HR, and wellbeing leads to deliver Very Brief Advice (VBA). NSCT’s short online VBA training course is completely free and teaches how to have non-judgemental conversations with employees who smoke.
