Reporting underage sales of vapes

It is illegal to sell e-cigarettes and vaping products containing nicotine, or tobacco, to under-18s. Trading Standards, health and wider enforcement partners in Warwickshire are working together to fight against illegal sales. 

Parents/guardians can report shops within Warwickshire anonymously using a dedicated Warwickshire County Council online reporting tool. Alternatively, contact Citizens Advice Consumer Service on 0808 223 1133. All information received will be treated in the strictest confidence.
