Reporting underage sales of vapes

It is illegal to sell e-cigarettes and vaping products containing nicotine, or tobacco, to under-18s. Trading Standards, health and wider enforcement partners across Coventry and Warwickshire are working together to fight against illegal sales.  

Reporting illegal vapes within Coventry

Parents/guardians within Coventry can report shops to Coventry Trading Standards via email at tradingstandards@coventry.gov.uk. All information received will be treated in the strictest confidence.

Reporting illegal vapes within Warwickshire

Parents/guardians within Warwickshire can report shops anonymously using a dedicated Warwickshire County Council online reporting tool. Alternatively, contact Citizens Advice Consumer Service on 0808 223 1133 All information received will be treated in the strictest confidence.
